Is it really free until end of 2026?▾

Yes. All agencies that register before the end of 2026 get full access to all premium features at no cost — no credit card, no trial period. This is our early access programme: you help us improve the platform with real feedback, and in return you get to use everything for free while we grow together.

What happens after 2026?▾

From January 2027, paid plans start at just €25/month for up to 10 listings. There will always be a free plan with unlimited listings and basic leads. Early adopters who helped shape the platform during the beta may receive special loyalty pricing.

What's the difference between basic and premium leads?▾

On the free plan you get basic leads: buyer's name, email, and message. On paid plans, every lead is premium and includes the full AI-generated profile — budget, family size, lifestyle, priorities — plus intent tags showing whether the buyer has mortgage pre-approval, is actively searching, and their timeline. It's like having a dossier before the first call.

What are buyer intent tags?▾

Automatic indicators based on the buyer's quiz answers. They show critical information like: mortgage pre-approved or not, ready to buy now or just exploring, purchase timeline (3 months, 6 months, etc.), and whether it's a primary home, holiday home, or investment. Lets you prioritise the most serious leads immediately.

How is this different from Idealista or other portals?▾

Traditional portals show properties based on basic filters — price, bedrooms, location. homeAImatch uses AI to understand the buyer's full lifestyle and match them with properties that truly fit. You don't pay for visibility or advertising. Instead, your properties are shown to buyers whose profile genuinely matches. Plus, you get the buyer's full profile and urgency level before you even make the first call.

Our AI scores every property against their preferences across 10+ criteria — including location, budget, lifestyle, family, pets, and neighbourhood vibe. If your property is a strong match, the buyer sees it in their results and can contact you directly.

Can I claim listings already on the platform?▾

Yes! We already have over 1500 properties on the platform. If your listings are there, search for them in your dashboard and claim them with one click — no need to re-enter everything. You can also add new properties manually. Claiming is available on paid plans (and free during the early access period).

Is the quiz free for buyers?▾

Yes, completely free. Always. Buyers never pay anything. The more buyers take the quiz, the more qualified leads you receive. We want maximum buyer volume on the platform — that's what makes it valuable for agents.

What markets do you cover?▾

Currently the Silver Coast of Portugal (Lourinhã, Peniche, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha, Nazaré, and surrounding concelhos). We're expanding to all of Portugal and Cork, Ireland throughout 2026–2027, with more European markets planned.
